Manufacturing unit of Neerava is strategically located at Ganesh Complex, NH6, Howrah. Latest technology and machinery is used for production purpose. Skilled teams of experts regularly supervise and certify whether all procedures meet quality and safety standards within production complex.
Being one of the pioneers in chemical manufacturing, Neerava has heavy-duty machinery that yields best-in-class chemical based products in a cost-efficient way. Special care is undertaken to ensure that the chemical products do not suffer any contamination and that they are safely packaged during delivery. All kinds of precautions are maintained in and around our Toilet Cleaner manufacturing unit. Our production capacity at this unit is 1 MT or 1000 Cases per day, where each case contains 24 pcs of 500 ml. bottles.
Detergent & Utensil Bar manufacturing unit at Neerava collaborates with its R&D section for better functioning. This manufacturing unit has a capacity of 100 MT of finished stock per month, out of which it manufactures only 50 MT per month. Machinery and equipment are capable of yielding high-quality Utensil & Detergent Bars within a committed time frame.
Neerava has an advanced manufacturing facility for Liquid Cleaner products. These include Floor Cleaners, Toilet Cleaners, Hand Wash, Glass Cleaner, Disinfectants and more. Best quality raw materials are used to make sure that the products are manufactured at par with international quality standards. Neerava's QC team checks the quality of products at each step of manufacturing and makes timely delivery. Our production capacity is 6 lac liters per month of finished stock. Our RO plant also has a capacity of 4000 liters per hour.
Manufacturing and R&D go hand-in-hand within Neerava Hygiene's production complex. It has fully equipped QC lab and a highly efficient team of trained professionals to improve the quality of its products, as well as customize formulas and solutions. It has controlled conditions and compliance to perform scientific and technological research.
